OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Products must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging (seals intact)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • In resalable condition (because even rebels respect hygiene)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fragrance (once sealed, the scent adventure begins)
  • Hair Treatments (personal care is personal)
  • Lash & Brow Treatments (eye area products are strictly yours)
  • Makeup items with broken seals (hygiene is our non-negotiable)

YOUR 3-STEP RETURN PROCESS

1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION

  • Product details (name/shade)
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want refund or exchange

2. PACKAGE & SHIP

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for quality issues)

Note: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.

3. PROCESSING

Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing. We’ll email confirmation once complete.

REFUND DETAILS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Immediately upon processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

Want a different shade of that show-stopping foundation? Exchanges follow the same process—just specify your desired replacement product in your request. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Global rebels note:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Include all original paperwork
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
