OUR RETURN POLICY
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Products must be:
- Unused and in original packaging (seals intact)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- In resalable condition (because even rebels respect hygiene)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fragrance (once sealed, the scent adventure begins)
- Hair Treatments (personal care is personal)
- Lash & Brow Treatments (eye area products are strictly yours)
- Makeup items with broken seals (hygiene is our non-negotiable)
YOUR 3-STEP RETURN PROCESS
1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION

- Reason for return
- Whether you want refund or exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for quality issues)
Note: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.
3. PROCESSING
Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing. We’ll email confirmation once complete.
REFUND DETAILS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Immediately upon processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
Want a different shade of that show-stopping foundation? Exchanges follow the same process—just specify your desired replacement product in your request. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Global rebels note:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Include all original paperwork
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
